A lover of a good dynamic flow and intentional transitions, Trish’s goal is to get you out of your head and into your body. Expect to find moments of challenge and space to play through slow and controlled movement and ever changing ways to move through your practice.

Trish is a big proponent of doing hard things on purpose. She’s run a lot of races for someone who is not very good at running.
