This information is collected directly from you when you create an account through our booking platform, Mariana Tek.

We do not collect medical history, health information, or injury disclosures through our account or booking system. Any health-related disclosures made prior to class participation are handled separately through our liability waiver process.

Our website is hosted on Wix. Wix may automatically collect certain technical data when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is collected by Wix's platform and may be used for basic website analytics. • Payment processing — to process purchases of memberships, class passes, gift cards, and other services

• Marketing — to send you promotional emails, studio updates, and information about new classes or events, where you have opted in to receive such communications

4. Marketing Communications

We may send you marketing emails about our classes, events, promotions, and studio news. You will only receive marketing emails if you have opted in to receive them at the time of account creation or at a later date.

You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at hello@theatticyoga.com. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, you will continue to receive transactional emails related to your account and bookings.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with the following third party service providers who assist us in operating our business:

Mariana Tek — our booking and account management platform. Mariana Tek processes your personal information and payment data on our behalf. Please refer to Mariana Tek's Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled within their platform.

Wix — our website hosting platform. Wix may collect technical data through our website as described in Section 2 above.

We may also disclose your personal information where required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Attic Movement Co., our clients, or others.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. If you close your account or request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
