Katey sets up a safe and supportive environment to challenge yourself and have fun while doing it. Expect movements that will build strength and stability while stepping outside of your comfort zone, all while learning more about your body and how everything works together! 

Random fact

Katey was a high level hockey player for 20 years, playing all the way into her final year of university at the collegiate level!
