What to expect

Two blocks, a bolster, and a blanket …some tune-up balls….and maybe a strap.

Carol fosters a yoga practice that celebrates all bodies, and she absolutely LOVES a prop. Expect slow and intentional movement, complemented by a sense of humour, some meta-commentary and a fairly decent playlist.  Oh, and props.  Don’t forget the props.

Random fact

Carol is an avid gamer, preferring JRPGs and open-world adventures. In fact, her introduction to the chakras came from a video game. When she is not on her mat, you can find her curled up on the couch with her Chug, Nellie, fighting off scores of Draugr in Skyrim.
