Aerial Hammock

All levels welcome

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for all aerial classes. Arrival within 5 minutes of class start time will not be permitted.

What to wear

  • form fitting clothing - MUST cover the armpits

  • bandages to cover any wounds

  • clean body and feet

  • jewelry, zippers and gum are not permitted 

Aerial Class Styles

All aerial classes require a yoga mat

Aerial Flow is a wonderful practice that can be very beneficial in building strength, balance and flexibility, easing tension on the joints, or even making poses accessible that may not be in your mat practice.​

Roll Roll Burrito Begin your weekend with a with a blend of two of your favourite slow down classes. The first hald of this class will be a myofascial release/self-massage class using tune up balls...think posture revival. For the second half of class you will shift into the aerial hammocks for some restoration and relaxation. Balance out your fitness classes with some unbeatable self love.

Aerial Pilates contains the same focused repetition that you love from your mat Pilates class, only this time with the challenging assistance and support of the aerial hammock. You will be working, mobility, flexibility, stability, and body awareness. This class has low impact on your joints to create better strength for longevity.​
