Well friends...we were not expecting a simple renovation to drag on and on and on. I'm sure we all realize that keeping the studio fresh with new amenities and services ain't cheap, however what we may not think about is how when a reno goes (8 months?!?) past it's expected date is the loss of anticipated income to pay for the renovation.

SO I was thinking, what if we did  something like a kick-starter campaign, where we reach out to our community to help support the second home that we love so much...although, this time it's more like a kick keep-going campaign because we started oh so long ago.
